全球品牌开发与授权平台Authentic Brands Group（以下简称“ABG”）公告，已将旗下品牌锐步在中国大陆、香港地区及澳门地区的核心运营合作伙伴，由香港联亚集团更换为新锐运动。联亚获得的授权已于去年12月31日起提前终止。新锐将负责以上市场的产品生产、进口、分销及销售，品类涵盖成人与儿童的鞋履、服装。新锐和ABG此次合作是纯授权模式，不涉及IP买卖，按期支付授权费（有保底费用，同时销售额越高授权费越高），产品可以自主生产，但也需部分配合买货模式（从锐步总部进货）。天眼查显示新锐运动（上海）有限公司，成立于2025年，经营范围涉及技术服务、服装服饰零售等活动。其大股东为上海新润投资管理有限公司，持股比例为80%。新润投资成立于2008年。
